Administration
“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.” (1 Cor. 12:4-6)
In the past, missionaries devoted a significant portion of their time and energy to the necessary though time-consuming task of administration, which tended to subtract from the vital work of church-planting, leadership development, and mercy ministry. Now, the Lord has blessed us with a growing administrative team with skills in accounting, communications, and administration whose responsibility it is to free up our other missionaries so that they can focus on the ministry to which God has called them. This effective and efficient administration is essential to Peru Mission's success, and our administrative team provides oversight and organization for each of our five ministry departments. These administrative roles also provide avenues of discipleship with our Peruvian staff and local churches.
