Last Saturday the Las Ponas/Los Rosales Missional Cell Group spent the afternoon trimming, pruning, weeding, and cleaning up a neighborhood park. Service is an important part of living in missional community, and the work day has already proven a blessing to one neighbor family in particular. The Navarez family lives across the street from the park and runs a small general store. For years, the family has tried to maintain the park on their own, but these past months it has proven too large a task. Please pray for the extended Navarez family (at least some are believers), that they would grow in grace, love, and understanding and that the Holy Spirit would call those who are not yet walking in saving faith to Him. Also, please pray for the Los Rosales neighborhood, that the love of Christ would reign in the hearts and minds of all the neighbors, and that He would equip His children to minister in love throughout the neighborhood.
