Missional cell groups are starting to meet again throughout our parish communities following a brief hiatus for the summer season. According to Peru Mission missionary Allen Smith in an interview published last November in our Bulletin, "The idea of a missional cell group is that they do have a meeting once a week, but they’re really trying to live as an extended family on mission to a target people. They want to be missionaries and servants to these people, and so they are trying to figure out creative ways to be involved in each others’ lives." As an example of what this looks like, check out these photos from a recentpollada, or barbecue, held by a missional cell group to help one of its members. Please continue to pray for these missional communities as they seek to bring glory to God and to exhort each other to continue strong in the faith.
