Yesterday the congregation of Cristo Rey in downtown Trujillo welcomed five new members. These brothers and sisters participated in a membership class led by pastors Jaime Avellaneda and Wesley Baker and made a profession of faith before the congregation. We are so grateful to our Lord for filling His churches, and for bringing each of these brothers and sisters into our community. Already, they have blessed others with their gifts and have joined the life of the church throughout the city by participating in their local missional cell groups. Please pray for Juan Carlos, Anita, Angie, Curly, and Kennedy as they step forward in faith and obedience to our Lord.
