Not only does he serve alongside Ricardo Hernández as assistant pastor at Manuel Arévalo Presbyterian Church, but he also pastors Christ the Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Parque Industrial, where he lives with his wife and son. Padilla wasn't looking for a new church to pastor, but the Lord had other plans, and Christ the Redeemer, formerly a Pentacostal congregation, sought him out to be their shepherd. Each week, Padilla divides his time between these two congregations, visiting parishioners' homes, teaching catechism, leading Bible studies, and preaching.
