Ernesto is a deacon at Cristo Rey Church, married to Lilia Meza, and together they have three children: Alejandro, Joaquin, and Jimena.

Ernesto has worked with Peru Mission since 2016. For most of this time he has led leading our Project Management Office. Ernesto has more than 25 years experience in Development Planning and Management, Humanitarian Aid, Public Management, and International Technical Cooperation with several national and international organizations.

He studied Systems Engineering at Universidad Privada del Norte, and is certified in Project Management with both the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and with PM4NGOs.
